Fast Facts About the Holiday Season

As kids, it was torture to wait for Christmas. As grownups, it gets here awfully fast! Here are some fun tidbits to know about the holiday season.

  1. Men procrastinate

One in three will wait until Christmas Eve to shop! Visa credit cards get used 6,000 a minute during the holidays. Wonder how many are those men.

  1. Quick as the Dickens

Charles Dickens wrote “A Christmas Carol” in six weeks. And six weeks after publication, Edward Stirling adapted it for the stage.

  1. Social media matters

67% of consumers have bought a gift they first saw on social media channels. YouTube alone has 2 billion monthly active users globally.
