No. The $100 security deposit must be authorized on a valid credit or debit card. Cash may be used for other reservation payments, but a card must be kept on file for the security deposit.
You can make payments up to 30 days before your arrival date. All cards used to make payments must be presented at check-in by the card holder with matching ID.
Early check-in and late check-out are not available from April through August. During the off-season, requests may be made by contacting the front desk at 843-448-7181, but they are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
An advance deposit equal to the first night’s stay is due at time of booking. The remaining balance is due at time of check-in.

The resort fee covers parking, pool towels, local and domestic long-distance calls, and maintenance associated with the resort’s on-site amenities.

Contact the reservations department to request changes to a reservation. If you booked through a third party, such as Expedia, Hotels.com, or Booking.com, you must contact that company directly regarding changes or cancellations.
Guest health and safety are important to us. If a Do Not Disturb sign remains in place for an extended period and staff are unable to contact the guest, resort personnel may knock and enter the room to check on the guest’s well-being. The resort also reserves the right to enter rooms when necessary for safety, security, maintenance, or repairs.
Life happens. We never know what life events may arise at the most inopportune time. That's why we offer a Vacation Protection plan. This is an optional, non-refundable charge you can select at the time of booking. If selected, it allows you to cancel your reservation up to 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and receive a 100% refund of your advance deposit.
HURRICANE CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event of a pending hurricane and the Governor issues a mandatory evacuation, guests will receive a full refund. If there is not an evacuation, guests can reallocate the advanced deposit to be used as the deposit toward different stay dates within 1 year of the original reservation
